The Morden and District Chamber of Commerce has announced the finalists in the Business of the year category of its annual awards.

In the under seven employees category the finalists are:
Elite Crushing - began in 2009, they provide custom crushing to municipalities, operate a pit of their own, and provide quality gravel products to contractors. They've invested in new, innovative equipment to use the material in the area, and produce a high quality product.

MMJS Law Offices - Bob McCulloch started the law firm in 1990; in 2017 they opened an office in Morden with 2 lawyers and 3 support staff. They are committed to providing quality and prompt legal services to assist their clients to succeed and prosper.

Morden Autobody - Morden Autobody has been a family owned and operated business in Morden for 55 years. They do complete frame auto body collision repairs including windshields, glass, stone chips, and are an MPI Direct Repair shop.

In the 7-plus employees category the finalists are:
Coffee Culture - Coffee Culture opened in Morden in 2012, and was the first Manitoba location for this franchise. They are a gourmet coffee shop providing specialty beverages, gourmet sandwiches, fresh salads and decadent desserts.

Co-op - Co-op is a locally owned cooperative that has served the area for 89 years. The organization has been built on the core values of local ownership, lifetime membership benefits and community service.

Morden Realty - Morden Realty was originally established in 1990 and has expanded over the years. Whether it be working with first time home buyers, large developments, retirement living or assisting in the development of our commercial sector we continually strive to promote Morden.
