Businessman and investor Harold Trapp says the facility will be built in the R.M. of La Broquerie.

The exact location will be announced in a few weeks.

He explains La Broquerie is aggressive at attracting businesses and has a good attitude about growth.

There's also a main rail line that passes through which will be used to ship the oil once processed.

The plant will employ fifty to sixty full time people,  and create canola oil to  be used for bio-diesel production.
