Tuesday morning brought another edition of Ripple Effect sponsored by the Red River Basin Commission. This month's program had CFAM Radio 950 Morning Show Co-Host Chris Sumner speaking with staff from the Pembina Valley Watershed District; Tiffany Hemphill - GROW Coordinator East, Samantha Leech - GROW Coordinator West and newly hired District Manager Ryan Sheffield.

The quartet connected to talk about what regions the PVWD encompasses, and the various programs it offers to landowners, both those who have flood and drought prone operations.
