The Garden Valley Zodiacs and Miller Aces captured the Provincial High School Cross Country A-AA-AAA championship banners on a chilly, blustery Wednesday at the Killarney Lakeside golf course. William Vanden Berg, Jesse Vanden Berg, Tyrel Dyck, Koen Unrau and Plu Soe of the Zodiacs finished first in the varsity boys division. Kate Sawatsky, India Loewen, Kennedy Loewen, Isabella Peters, Kirsten Giesbrecht and Halle Smith of the Aces placed first in the junior varsity girls division. Nate Phillips of Carman was the overall individual winner in the JV boys division. Kate Sawatzky of Miller was second in the JV girls division.
