Get ready to be enchanted by the magic of the holiday season at the Manitou Opera House's Christmas concert on Friday, December 15th. This year, the stage will come alive with the melodious tunes of the Canadian band, Red Moon Road, promising an evening filled with festive cheer and musical delight.

Step into the warmth and charm of the historic Manitou Opera House, a perfect setting for what Red Moon Road is calling a "Simple Kind of Christmas".

Al Thorleifson, a member of the Manitou Opera House Foundation Board, talked about the music we will be hearing.

"You're going to hear 6 musicians playing 20 instruments. It's a mixture of old, well-known Christmas tunes like O Tannenbaum, Stille Nacht, and other music that the band has written."

If you haven't been out to the Opera House before, Thorleifson says it's worth it just for the sounds!

"Manitou Opera House has got some of the best acoustics in southern Manitoba, and not only that, but it's a friendly place and there'll be lots of snacks and coffee for folk and lots of merchandise for them."

Mark your calendars and join us at the Manitou Opera House on December 15th for a Simple Kind of Christmas. Let the music of Red Moon Road usher in the festive spirit and create lasting memories for you and your loved ones.
