So Conan O'Brien agreed to an exit deal yesterday worth $44 million in severance to him and his staff.  This makes way for Jay Leno to return to the Tonight Show.  In this segment Conan alludes to the fact that this may be his last week on NBC.  So what should he do???  Spend as much as possible.
