The Canadian Wheat Board is disappointed a roundtable will be held on how to implement a dual marketing system in Western Canada.

The meeting will take place Thursday in Saskatoon, and will be chaired by Saskatchewan Conservative M.P. David Anderson.

Chairperson Ken Ritter says his biggest concern originally was the invited participants were almost exclusively on the side of a dual market.

He notes for proper public policy to be developed a complete range of views must be represented.

Since the roundtable was announced some of Ritter's concern has been addressed.

He adds last week several additional groups were invited to take part which will hopefully bring some balance to the discussion.
