Brandi Clayton, Lauryn Keen, Rae Nakonechney and Josee Plante of Nellie McClung Collegiate in Manitou and Brenden Setter, Kurtis Parks, Noel Ngo and Drew Iwanoczko of Lord Selkirk captured the Provincial High School Golf Championships Friday at the Portage Golf Club. Myles Sullivan, Brayden Twist, Gavin Neufeld and Chad Miller of Portage Collegiate were eight shots off the pace in third place. Regan Klassen, Dwayne Funk, Randy Sawatzky and Zac Klassen of Garden Valley Collegiate finished in fourth place 10 shots back of Lord Selkirk. Jaclynne Green, Alex Gilbert, Ashlei Orton and Sereen McConnell of Portage Collegiate finished 78 shots back of Nellie McClung. Sharyne Hamm, Chelsea Poulton, Taylor Mutcher and Ashley Cartman of Carman Collegiate were 89 shots back.
