The Garden Valley School Division Board has had a look at its final audited financial numbers for the 05/06 fiscal year.
Secretary Treasurer Terry Penner says at the end of June the division's revenues were up 4.1 %from what they were projected.
That was due mainly to a higher than expected enrollment.
Penner says the increase in students also meant a expenditures were up 3.9 % from the budget.
He adds administrative costs were 3.7 % of the total operating expenditures.
Penner notes the division was well within the 4.5 % cap set by the Province.
