Anyone noticing the migratory patterns of geese this year will be thinking they are moving early.

That's because they are, almost two weeks early.

Paula Grieff is a naturalist with Oak Hammock Marsh.

She says this is because of the early spring that occurred in Canada this year.

Grieff adds Oak Hammock Marsh's busiest days are yet to come.

She says their peak time is Thanksgiving weekend.

Although she suspects it will be earlier this year given the pattern the geese are currently following.
