Spraying has taken place in the Stonewall, Teulon, and Arborg areas.

Even with most crops almost at maturity there are still some insect pests you need to be scouting for.

Manitoba Agriculture entomologist John Gavloski says high number of Diamondback Moth have been found in the southern Interlake, and spraying has occured in the Stonewall, Teulon, and Arborg areas.

As for sunflowers banded Sunflower Moth, Head Clipper Weevil, and Seed Weevil numbers have been low so far, but Gavloski suggests scouting none the less.
