The top two teams have won four straight playoff games and will meet in the Zone 4 High School Hockey League final as the defending champion Morris Mavericks will take on the Prairie Mountain Mustangs.

Merek DeGraeve had two goals and an assist as Prairie Mountain defeated Miller 4-1 Friday night at Sunflower Gardens in Altona. Zander Carels and Ian Delichte also scored for the Mustangs who swept the best-of-three semifinal in two straight. Andrew Dyck had the lone goal for the Aces. Prairie Mountain’s Remy Bosc made 31 saves while Miller netminder Ryan Geirnaert faced 55 shots. Game one of the best-of-three final will be held Monday (7:30 p.m.) in Morris. The Mavericks, who swept the Morden Thunder in their semifinal, have won the league championship four times. The Mustangs have also captured the Zone 4 title four times. Prairie Mountain’s last championship was in 2008.
