Contractors are busy working on the new Emerado Centennial School in Winkler.

The school will be open for classes in fall.

Ken Bergen, Operations Supervisor for Garden Valley School Division says they are about 85% complete.

One of the only things left in question is when the gym floor will be put in.

The hardwood needs to acclimatize and the moisture levels need to drop.

A few of the odd jobs left are mill work, painting, and landscaping.

It is undetermined whether there will be access to the entire school by the time classes start.
