Captain of the Pembina Valley U15 AAA Hawks, Aaron Hiebert, and Alternate Captain, Nolan Bravo, joined the morning show to talk about all the ways they're giving back to organizations in the Pembina Valley.

Not only did they help fill a half ton full of winter wear in support of Koats for Kids, they're also accepting donations in the form of hygiene items for Genesis House at their home game tomorrow. They're asking fans to bring new hair brushes and combs, hair ties and clips, women's deodorant, body washes and lotions.

And, later in the month the Hawks will host the Interlake Lightning for their Hockey Fights Cancer game. Check the Pembina Valley AAA Hawks website for more information.
