Each year the Pembina Valley Bible Camp (PVBC) welcomes children of a variety of ages to gain relationships while having well-balanced recreation, camping instruction, and Bible teaching.

The camp is gearing up for another busy summer and camping season with many children making their way to the camp.

"We are at about 75% of last year's total numbers, which is pretty close to being on track," said camp director Chris Harms. "We are hoping to get a few more registrations in the next little while and should be right on track."

Harms explained there is no deadline for registering your child for camp. He noted as long as there's room you can register your child. Sometimes people have signed up a day or two before the camp started.

There are a few new games the camp has constructed to help make everything more fun. These new games/activities will utilize the valley terrain a little more and at the same time try to be a bit more creative in how they implement their programming.

"Summer staff typically apply last minute and we could still use another 15-20 staff," stated Harms. "We could specifically use a lot more male staff."

The PVBC is a place for children of all ages to come and have a good time and learn a lot.
