Using a large soup pot, brown 1 lb of mild italian sausage, broken into little pieces and 6 slices of bacon together. (Cut your bacon into bite sized pieces to make it easier to cook.)

Once your meat is cooked, add in 32 ounces of beef bone broth or beef stock, 1 small chopped onion, 3 cloves of minced garlic, and the radishes (I used 2 small bags of pre-washed radishes).

Cover and cook on medium heat for about 15 - 20 minutes, until the radishes are tender.

Add in 3/4 cup of heavy cream and 2 cups of chopped kale. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the kale is soft.

Serve with a spinkle of parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper and ENJOY!

Less carbs, all the great taste, really, RADISHES!!
