Municipality of Rhineland Reeve Don Wiebe spent time with CFAM Radio 950 Morning Show Co-Host Chris Sumner Thursday for the latest Reeve on the Radio conversation. Included in the chat were a review of a recent good governance session between council and the province's Municipal Services department, as well as the heads up on a coming drainage planning session which was prompted by Council's recent strategic planning.
The Reeve also spent some time highlighting specific projects across the municipality, including in Plum Coulee where the move into the recently renovated (and former North American Box plant) building has begun, with the Plum Coulee and Rhineland Maintenance shops now in that space, with the office for Altona Police Service moving, shortly.
In Gretna, the process of renovating the community's arena is underway with the scope of the project, tender document and timelines now being developed.
