The dirt has been set, the water's been pumped and the trucks are getting ready to go for Big E'S Palace of Power.

Organizer Ernie Wiebe says to get the 200 foot pit prepared they have packed down the bottom layer of dirt, added more top soil then pumped 15,000 gallons of water into it.

Wiebe says mud bog classes are determined by tire sizes that range from street legal vehicles, trucks built specifically for mud bogs and an open class where anything goes.

He mentions engines can range anywhere from 250 to 1000 horse power.
