A Morden town councillor says there's unfinished business he wants to take care of.

That's one of the reasons why Maurice Butler is running for council again this fall.

Butler says he's enjoyed the past four years.

However, he feels the first two years of the term were based on a learning curve.

Butler says they've started projects he would like to help finish such as the East End Commercial Development and the Morden Recreation Centre redevelopment.

Meantime, councillor Ron Laverty is also seeking re-election.

He says he would like to see more planning done, especially to deal with future expansion of the residential areas.

Councillor Pryce Wood is the only current member of council who is not letting his name stand.
