Jack Hart, 77, of Morden passed away Friday, July 14th at Rock Lake Personal Care Home, Crystal City. He is survived by his wife Mavis, 2 sons, 1 daughter-in-law, 1 sister, 1 brother and their families.
Cremation has taken place.
A private graveside service for Jack Hart will be held.
