It has been a bit of time since we last posted. The life of a greenhouse operation has been busy. The collage of colors in both annuals and perennials is vast; and the combinations of plantings is so numerous to mention.

Some folks ask “is it correct to plant this color with this color”? The answer is “if you like it, then the answer is yes; as long as the growing requirements match”. There is beauty in the color pallet of annuals and perennials that are available. So much more than when I was a child, when the plants used were Marigolds, snapdragons and geraniums. Nowadays, these remain in the mix, but improved and with increased color selections.

These working hands tingle with excitement; geared to come up with a color combination; unique to each person.

Oh! What to choose! The selections are beautiful; and there is always room for more flowers! is your only local source for community news and information such as weather and classifieds.
