The Winnipeg Jets have opened the Stanley Cup playoffs with back-to-back home ice losses.

Ryan O’Reilly scored the go-ahead goal 3:46 into the third period as St. Louis defeated Winnipeg 4-3 Friday at Bell MTS Place.

Oskar Sundqvist added a pair of goals for the Blues who lead the NHL’s best-of-seven Western Conference quarterfinal series two game to none.

Pat Maroon also scored for St. Louis.

Blake Wheeler, Patrik Laine and Mark Scheifele replied for the Jets.

Dustin Byfuglien chipped in with a pair of assists.

Blues goaltender Jordan Binnington made 26 saves.

Winnipeg’s Connor Hellebuyck faced 32 shots.

The series shifts to St. Louis for game three on Sunday and game four on Tuesday.
