An Altona based printing company has been recognized one of Canada's top manufacturers.

Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME) has selected Friesens Corporation for its Export Award. The accolade celebrates companies that have demonstrated excellence in expanding their markets.

Friesens currently exports 50 per cent of its products into the U.S.

The award will be presented during Manitoba Manufacturing Week at the 2017 CME Gala Awards dinner on March 23rd.
