Blue Sky Opportunities is one step closer to making a full move to its new recycling plant project. General Manager Richard Neufeld says the recycling drop-off centre has been moved from the current plant on 3rd St. NW to the new facility in the industrial park. Residents are asked to bring drop-off recyclables to the new facility at 349 2nd St NW, outside on the North Side of the building. Signs have been posted directing  people to the new location. Neufeld adds new covered steel bins have been ordered for the drop off centre and will be arriving soon.

He reminds residents that no sorting is required at the drop off, with the exception of cardboard which has a separate bin available.

Meantime, Blue Sky has now moved its recycling and chain assembly operation into the new facility as well. A grand opening, ribbon cutting and open house are planned for June 22nd.
