A local credit union is turning their hallways into art galleries.

Access Credit Union recently borrowed more than 30 pieces of artwork by local artists to display at their Winkler branch.

"We are excited to provide our walls as a space where local artists can display their work," Rob Unruh, ACU Retail Branch Manager, says. "We have many of our members visit our branch daily making this a high traffic location ideal for local artists to get exposure."

WAC Chair Tomm Penner says it's an opportunity for artists to get their work into the community.

Businesses also benefit by turning their offices into vibrant, creative spaces, "they get to rotate their art on an on-going basis... and at the same time support local artists and give back to the community."

The Winkler branch of ACU donated $3,000 to WAC.

"We are thankful for the important work WAC does in Winkler," Unruh says.
