Three people are facing drug-related charges following a bust in Miami last week Friday.

On the morning of March 10, 2017, officers from the Carman, Manitou, and Morris RCMP, along with assistance from the Emergency Response Team and Police Dog Services, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act warrant at a residence located in the community.

Police located and seized bundles of cash, estimated at $25,000; a small amount of marihuana; and they recovered an ATV that had been reported stolen out of Saskatchewan two years earlier.

Police arrested four occupants in the residence at the time of the search. Reuben John Reimer, 34, of Morden, was remanded into custody and is facing charges including Possession of Proceeds of Crime, Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of a Controlled Drug and Substance.

Two females, a 44-year-old and a 21-year-old, were released for court and will face charges under the Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. The fourth subject, a male youth, was released from custody and will not face charges.

Carman RCMP continues to investigate.
