RCMP have released more details on the head-on collision 5 km South of Winkler on Sunday.
Police report nine people injured, of those two critically injured.
Seatbelts were worn by all involved, and alcohol was not a factor.
The investigation is on-going.

UPDATE Sunday, March 19, 5:07 p.m:
RCMP report a two vehicle collision occurred just before 12:30 p.m Sunday, March 19.
The accident took place 5 km South of Winkler on PTH 32.
There are a number of serious injuries to the eight people involved. Patients were transported to hospital.
An RCMP Forensic Collision Reconstructionist is aiding the investigation.
More information is expected Monday.

Emergency crews were dispatched to a serious accident involving multiple vehicles this afternoon near Schanzenfeld.
STARS Air Ambulance was on scene.
