RCMP is further investigating a two-vehicle collision that happened Sunday afternoon, north of Elm Creek.

Officers from the Carman and Morden detachments were called to the incident at the intersection of PTH 2 and PTH 13.

Early investigation indicates a southbound vehicle failed to stop at the intersection and was struck by an eastbound vehicle on PTH 13.

RCMP say there were three occupants in the southbound vehicle which was registered to British Columbia, and four occupants in the eastbound vehicle. Six of the seven occupants suffered what appear to be non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the southbound vehicle was not injured.

The incident closed the intersection to traffic for several hours.
