The Turtle Mountain Conservation District is close to releasing a five year progress report on the Pembina River Watershed.

The report will look at what has taken place over the past five years.

"It will look at things that have been accomplished in our four goals. Things like water quality projects, surface water projects as well as conservation agreements and what not," said Yasemin Keeler, Manager with the Turtle Mountain C-D.

Keeler adds the report is an update to area residents on what has been happening in the watershed that is located in Turtle Mountain as well as Assiniboine Hills and Pembina Valley Conservation Districts.

"Staff are just putting the final touches on that report and we hope to have it out over the next month or two."
