This past weekend was the fifth annual Morden Home and Life Show at the Access Event Centre, hosted by the Morden District Chamber of Commerce (MDCC).

Executive director of MDCC, Candace Olafson, said the exhibitors make the show what it is every year.

"[They] do such a great job," she said adding that some displays can take a long time to set up, on top of the dedication it takes for businesses to be presenting all weekend.

This year, there were 50 exhibitors, a record number since the show began in 2012. Both large and small businesses were arranged all around the Access Event Centre.

"It's a little bit of everything," said Olafson," not just home renovation or home construction. There's finance, realtors, lots of health and beauty products, sports and leisure, really a little bit of everyone. So, I think that's a great draw too."

Olafson shared that the show has been growing consistently in the five years it's been running.
