World Class entertainers from Mexico and Argentina will be performing at the Harvest Festival this year.

Along with these two groups, various other cultural performers will share their culture's songs, music, and dance in the Culture Tent on the festival grounds.

These groups include Island Breeze, a group from Steinbach; Borsch, Ukrainian Culture Club; Cafe Latino; among others says Olesja Kraft, Organizer of the Culture Tent.

Booths will be set up around the tent with hosts who will give a glimpse into their cultures with crafts, food, anything the host feels best to represent their culture, says Kraft.

As a person visits these booths they can make it down in a passport that will be given when they enter the tent.

"We're going to print about 2,000 passports, which we will hand out to people, whoever wants to," says Kraft. "Then they will have to go from one culture booth to another, getting it stamped and having their name written in that booths language."

Kraft notes that people who collect every stamp can then return the Canadian table to be entered for a chance to win prizes.

The culture tent will open along with Harvest Festival on August 10th.
