A local official says the All Candidates Forum is an important event for voters...

 

Altona Chamber of Commerce Manager Susan Yakabowich says it's a great opportunity to get to know your candidates.
 

Yakabowich adds the format for the evening will consist of opening statements, question and answer and closing statements.


She says the time after the forum during refreshments is a nice way of conversing one on one with the candidates.


The forum will include candidates for Altona town council and the R.M. of Rhineland Ward 1.


It will take place Tuesday at the Borderland School Division office at 7pm.
