The Employee-Owners of Friesens Corporation are at it again!

The group recently made yet another donation to a local non-profit as part of the company's Employee-Directed Giving Program. This latest contribution, of $7,324, was presented to Altona/Rhineland Emergency Services - a vital part of our community, noted a company media release.

"We are happy to acknowledge, celebrate and provide financial support for the critical role that our local Fire Department plays as they are on call every day."

“Friesens has been a long-term supporter of the Altona Fire Department," explained CEO Chad Friesen. "We appreciate the care and risk the local firefighters provide to keep the community safe.”

Friesens Corporation generously supports numerous initiatives at a local and national level, focusing on charities that our employee-owners are passionate about such as promoting literacy, education, environmental concerns, raising cultural awareness, preserving history and recreational pursuits.

The Employee-Directed Giving Program enables every employee to vote for a local organization they feel would benefit the most from Friesens charitable giving. The number of votes directly affects the donation amount received by the organization.
