Winkler Mayor Martin Harder was excited to share a HUGE line up of entertainment happening over the weekend at Harvest Festival August 12th to 14th. Summer time in the city is looking like a tonne for everyone. The city has also taken another step forward in finding an alternative wastewater treatment option for the community.
