Morris town council has introduced a $3,500,000 status quo budget.

Ratepayers in Morris will see a 2.5% increase in their taxes, but that is due to school tax increases.

Finance Chair Councilor Bill Ginter says ratepayers will see infrastructure improvements as a result of this budget.

Council has budgeted to spend just over $300,000 out of the reserve fund for roads, a truck, a new town shed and a pool liner.
