The town of Plum Coulee is better informed after last nights All Candidates Forum.

Key issues for citizens yesterday were the state of Plum Coulees streets and the high property tax the town experiences.

Tourism was also a main issue, councillors and citizens alike feel it key to develop a campground.

Recreation came up as the tennis courts are in need of revamping.

However it is agreed the arena is well used.

The development of the Industrial park rose a few concerns in the form of taxation to the town.

Most candidates feel the park as well as the sunbelt are a great way to attract people.

Incumbents Wayne Reimer and Richard Remple are allowing their names to stand for re-election.

Newcomers to the race are June Letkeman, Chad Thiessen, Tony Fehr, Herman Penner and Andrew Klassen.

Voting day is October 25.
