The Baseball Manitoba U13 AA Provincial champion Altona Bisons were recognized Wednesday evening by their big brothers, if you will, prior to the start of the Junior Bisons playoff game against the Pembina Valley Orioles. Morning Show Co-Host Chris Sumner was invited to check out the fun as the team was introduced, and received a big round of applause for capturing the banner.
After they came off the field Chris caught up with 13 year old Liam Geirnaert and Austin Harder to chat about how it felt to be provincial champs. You can listen to that conversation below.
