Activity has picked up on our roadways with the arrival of summer.
Morden Police Chief Brad Neduzak says there are some safety tips and regulations you should follow.
Neduzak says for those walking, always do so on sidewalks.
He says if you have to walk on the street, do so against the flow of traffic.
Neduzak adds regardless of whether you're on foot, rollerblades or a bike, you should always wear bright colored clothing and have some kind of reflective object with you.
Another area of concern is with rollerblading.
Neduzak says rollerbladers should be traveling against the traffic as close to the curb as possible.
He says if traveling in a group, do so in single file so vehicles do not have to veer around you into on coming traffic.
