Sunflower heads may be hanging bit it sure isn't because of today's rain.

In fact, crops like sunflowers, corn and beans were in desperate need of moisture.

 

However, some cereal crops could have done without.

It appears at this point, the closer you get to the border the less damage there is.

 

Now all a farmer can do is wait to see what else Mother Nature has in store to determine if their crop will recover.
