It's been a busy first couple of months for Winkler Mayor Henry Siemens. After October's municipal elections, Siemens said it felt really good to be given a strong mandate by voters. He said that made him feel confident in reaching out to the community, rebuilding relationships, and growing relationships in our region.

Pembina Valley Online Reporter Pam Fedack sat down with the Mayor to reminisce on a year filled with change and growth.
