Manitoba Hydrologic Forecast Centre warns of increasing creek, river levels

Manitoba's Hydrologic Forecast Centre is warning of increasing water levels on local creeks and waterways.
    
A flood warning is in effect for the Deadhorse Creek, Buffalo Creek and the Little Morris River. 
    
A high-water advisory, or flood watch, has been issued for the Morris River and the Aux Marais.

Affected areas include:
- RM of Morris
- RM of Montcalm
- RM of Stanley
- RM of MacDonald
- RM of Rhineland, including the LUD of Plum Coulee
- Town of Morris
- City of Morden

If you are in the affected area, authorities urge caution and to be watchful of local waterways as flooding is likely to occur. Do not attempt to cross fast flowing waters or waters of unknown depth and avoid flooded areas.
