A 29-year-old Winnipeg man was arrested in Morden on Friday after police were called to a local school regarding a suspicious male.

Once on scene, police learned the man was on conditions not to attend anywhere that a person under 16 years of age may be present. He was arrested for failing to comply with his probation order and remanded into custody with a Winnipeg court appearance scheduled for yesterday.

Meantime, a man was arrested for Impaired Driving after Morden police officers were called to a vehicle roll over on Highway 3 last week Monday.

Officers were dispatched to the scene where the driver had fled on foot. They found him nearby, unharmed, but did notice the smell of liqour coming from his breath. That's when he was arrested. For precautionary reasons, police say paramedics transported the driver. Officers did demand a blood test.

The driver was later released without charges; however, police say the investigation is ongoing.
