The Rosenort Co-op will set up a cardlock gas station this fall after the R.M. of Morris council approved the application yesterday.
Council held a conditional use hearing on the matter.
Board Chair Barry Klassen says the cardlock will have two bowsers and carry both clear diesel and automobile fuel.
He says there have been many requests over the years for a co-op gas station.
There were about 20 people at the conditional use hearing and two spoke in opposition of the plan stating they felt one gas station in town was enough.
