The Border Baseball League's regular season schedule came to an end last night in Plum Coulee as the Pirates and Altona Bisons played to a 2-2 eight inning tie. The Franklin Border Kings finished in first place as the defending champions were 7-5. Plum Coulee was in second place at 5-4-3, Morden finished at 5-5-2 while Altona was 4-7-1. The Border Kings will meet the Bisons while the Pirates will take on the Mohawks in the semi-finals which begin Friday in Dominion City and Plum Coulee.
