It's often surprising how many people do not know about the organizations available to them.
Debby Penner is with the Employment Support Program who helps place people with either mental or physical disadvantages get a job.
She says Winkler Community Nights is a definite advantage to their program.
The night brings together a number of organizations for families to register with or find out more about.
Penner says her program has been around since 1989 and it's amazing how many people do not know about it.
Penner notes another advantage of the night is being able to network with all the other agencies in the area.
About 400 people attended Winkler Community Nights on Monday and Tuesday.
