A 77-year-old motorcyclist from B.C. was sent to hospital with serious injuries following a crash that closed Highway 13 north of Carman for a period of time Wednesday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the scene, about 6 miles south of Elm Creek, shortly after 9 a.m.
According to RCMP, a vehicle heading north on the highway rear-ended the motorcycle, which was also going north. The driver of the vehicle, a 21-year-old man, was not physically injured.
Investigation is ongoing.
